Choosing where to stay in Seychelles starts with choosing islands. Most trips combine Mahé with Praslin and La Digue, and the right base on each island depends on the season, how much you want to walk to restaurants, and whether you are self-catering or staying in a hotel.
Every accommodation listing in this guide links to its own page here first. A property is only listed once an exact listing with an approved booking partner has been verified, and we never invent prices, ratings or availability.

How to choose Seychelles accommodation
Start with the island and the area, then the property. On Mahé, Beau Vallon suits travellers who want restaurants within walking distance, while the south and west are quieter. On Praslin, Côte d’Or is the most convenient base for boat trips; on La Digue, staying near La Passe keeps the jetty and bicycle hire close. Think about the season, too: the trade winds change which beaches are calm.
Seychelles accommodation ranges from family-run guesthouses and self-catering apartments to small hotels, resorts and private-island lodges. Self-catering is popular and practical, with supermarkets on the main islands. For official visitor information, see seychelles.travel.
