Boats are the natural way to see more of Seychelles. Many of the smaller islands around Mahé, Praslin and La Digue can only be reached by sea, and the marine national parks are best experienced from the water.

Planning tips

Sea conditions vary with the trade winds, and trips may be rescheduled when the sea is rough. Marine parks and reserves can charge entry fees, and some islands limit visiting times. Confirm what is included — transfers, lunch, snorkelling equipment and park fees — before you book.

Respect the marine parks

Do not stand on or touch coral, keep your distance from turtles and other wildlife, and take all rubbish back with you.
