Seychelles Island Guide aims to publish accurate, useful travel information. When something is wrong or out of date, we want to fix it.
How to report an error
Use the form on the Contact page. Tell us the page address, what you believe is wrong and, where possible, a source we can check, such as an official website or operator notice.
How we handle corrections
- We review every report and check it against reliable sources.
- If information is wrong, we correct the page. Significant corrections to facts that could affect a trip, such as entry rules, safety or transport details, are made as a priority.
- Routine updates, such as a changed timetable or a closed business, are made in the normal course of updating the guide.
- Listings that no longer meet our standards, or whose partner listing is no longer available, are removed from the site.
What we cannot correct
We do not set or display prices, availability or ratings for accommodation and tours; those are shown by the booking partner. Problems with a booking should be raised with Booking.com or Viator, or with the provider you booked.
