Praslin is quieter than Mahé and is usually the second base on an island-hopping trip, with La Digue a short ferry ride away.
Most visitors choose between three stretches of coast: Côte d’Or and Anse Volbert on the north-east, Grand Anse and the west near the airport, and Baie Ste Anne around the ferry jetty. Our where to stay on Praslin guide explains the differences.
