Set in Anse Possession on Praslin, Villa Milou is a villa. The listing highlights beachfront, airport shuttle and family rooms. It lists 1 room type.
Best for
A good fit for independent travellers and families who prefer to self-cater and travellers who want to be close to the water. Check that its location matches how you plan to spend your days before you book.
Location
The listing gives the address as Anse Possession, Baie Sainte Anne. By its map pin, it is under 1 km in a straight line from Anse Volbert Village and about 4.3 km in a straight line from Praslin Island Airport.
Anse Volbert, or Côte d’Or, is Praslin’s liveliest stretch of coast: a long, sheltered beach with hotels, guest houses and restaurants behind it, and day trips to nearby islands from the sand.
Rooms and style at Villa Milou
The rooms listed are Villa. With a single category, what matters most is the unit’s position and outlook, so ask about them. For self-catering, confirm the kitchen equipment and where the nearest shop is.
Facilities at Villa Milou
On the listing, the headline facilities are beachfront, airport shuttle, family rooms, free WiFi, free parking and non-smoking rooms. In practice, an airport shuttle is listed, though it is usually arranged and charged separately and parking is listed, which helps if you hire a car.
Trade-offs and what to know
Praslin’s best-known beaches are spread around the island, so expect to use buses, taxis or a hire car. Self-catering means shopping for groceries, which in Seychelles can be limited outside the larger villages. Conditions on the beaches change between the two monsoon seasons, which is worth checking for your travel dates.
Getting there and getting around
Praslin is reached from Mahé by domestic flight to Praslin Island Airport or by ferry to Baie Ste Anne. On the island, buses, taxis and hire cars are the options.
